hey peeps, I found this cool blog entry on mediation and the benefits it has on the brain. the entry discusses how scientific studies where conducted on people that practice mediation and how the brain processes things differently then someone that doesn’t practice mediation. MRI scans of the brain show that there was a difference and people that practice mediation processes things differently. what was once considered a spiritual thing actually has scientific evidence to prove mediation has its benefits.
