Optimism Vs. Pessimism Vs. Realism

Featured image

This is a response to LHurson’s post about Optimism and Pessimism. It should not be always about the glass being half full or half empty, for me it’s more like there’s a glass, which has 50% of its space occupied by air and 50% by something else. However I believe that it is very hard to find the perfect balance between these two. The article  Optimism vs. Pessimism Happiness lies in the middle discusses the importance of a balance often called being realistic.

  1. This image is telling us how we are in complete control of our own minds. Even when negative thoughts are running through the brain. The image displays a body holding it’s head (in control of it’s mind), dumping negative thoughts in a hole. You can change the way you think.
