This picture is a great example of Perception. In class we learned and viewed similar pictures explaining Gestalt’s approach to perception. As Gestalt’s mentions in (Chapter 3 pg. 4) “When stimuli occurs close to one another in space and in time, they may group perceptually into coherent, salient patterns or wholes. Such Gestalt’s, as they are called, abound in our perceptual world, as when leaves and branches cluster into trees, and when eyes, ears, noses and mouths configure into faces. I find it amazing how we can view objects within objects, and how the brain interprets the image into multiple images. Take a look. ~ Dayi85
