In class last week we learned about flashbulb memories and how it impacts us. Flashbulb memories are memories of exciting or traumatic events that happened in our lives. Depending on how involved we were to that event determines how good we remember the event. This 3 minute youtube video explains how flashbulb memory is different from just a regular memory. According to the video it says it is about the the level of confidence you have in the recall of the memory. They also gave an example of the O.J Simpson trial and how vivid people’s memories were of that trial.
